The Los Angeles Purr Department, located in Southern California,
is a member of the Maine Coon Breeders Association (MCBFA) and currently
shows in T.I.C.A. and C.F.A.
Over
the past few years we have had many award winning cats. Including
"Best Maine Coon Kitten", "Best Maine Coon Cat" & "Best Maine Coon
Alter" in The International Cat Association. We have also had best kitten, cat and alter in the southwest region.
In
the last show year L.A.P.D. had two great cats being shown. L.A. SGC LAPD Shooter was the best Maine Coon Alter in TICA and finished 3rd overall in the TICA Alter standings. He was also the best overall Alter in the southwest region. I.W. SGC LAPD Arrest Me Red was the best Maine Coon kitten and 4th overall in the TICA kitten standings. He was also best kitten overall in the southwest region. This makes five out of the last seven show seasons that a LAPD Maine Coon kitten has been best kitten overall
in the southwest region!
We feel our cats combine the loving dispositions of your home
companions with the star presence of show cats. All our kittens
go to selected homes with a full health guarantee and registration
papers for T.I.C.A.
